Jerico Farfan

Founder and Design Principal

Jerico Farfan leads the studio with 26 years of experience in landscape architecture and landscape design services. His focus spans project visioning, spatial composition, business development, and mentorship. A graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo (2000), he guides the studio’s design direction and client relationships with a focus on clarity, intent, and long-term value in the built environment.

Kai Yang

Project Director

Kai Yang brings over 27 years of experience across design development and construction administration within landscape architecture services. His work is defined by technical rigor, efficiency, and a deep understanding of implementation and code compliance. He holds a degree in Landscape Architecture from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and plays a key role in translating design intent into buildable, precise outcomes.

Jocelyn Sia, PLA, LAOR

Associate Landscape Architect

Jocelyn Sia is a licensed Landscape Architect and LAOR responsible for project delivery and firmwide quality assurance within the studio’s landscape architecture services. She ensures consistency between design intent, documentation, and construction execution. A graduate of California State Polytechnic University, Pomona (2007), she brings structure, accountability, and refinement to each phase of project development.

Summer Sim

Design Intern

Summer Sim joined the studio in 2025 and contributes to ongoing design development within the team’s landscape design services while completing her academic training in Urban Studies and Planning. She is expected to graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in June of 2026 and will continue her studies in a Master of Landscape Architecture program at Cornell University. Her role reflects the studio’s commitment to mentorship and the next generation of design leadership.
